Ditchley Group’s management team brings together a number of different skillsets ensuring the necessary medical and commercial expertise is in place. We have developed a comprehensive system of governance to provide effective clinical and operational management, supported by the necessary policies and procedures based on best practice.

Noel Creedon

Executive Chairman

Noel is a highly experienced financial services executive with a proven track record of achievement. He has worked for International Financial PLC’s and also privately owned advisory firms. He has held senior management roles in Bank of Scotland and Halifax in the UK, as well as establishing a regional head office in the Middle East for a large UK insurer. In 2005, he set up Quintas Wealth Management and helped to grow that business to become a leading Irish Financial Services provider. In 2012, Noel setup iNua Partnership as an expert partner in connecting available capital and strong investment opportunities. Noel’s initial project was to take advantage of the future upside in the Irish hotel sector by launching iNua Hospitality. Subsequently, having identified the significant growth opportunities in a rapidly changing Irish healthcare landscape, Noel lead the creation of a nursing home investment vehicle and assembled a first class medical and commercial team capable of understanding, engaging and delivering optimal returns for its investors & each of its stakeholders.

John Minihan


After a 21-year career as an Officer in the Irish Defence Forces, John retired in 1996 to run the family pharmacy business. In 1999, he entered local politics and was elected to Cork City Council, representing the Progressive Democrats. He was also elected National Party Chairman, serving a four-year term. He was a member of Seanad Eireann from 2002 to 2007 and served on the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Education and Science. As Party spokesman on Education and Childcare, he regularly contributed to national debates on a variety of issues. After politics, he held senior management posts in the healthcare sector, working with the European Care Group which at the time operated over 3,000 beds in the UK. Subsequently, John held the position of Director of Services with the Bentley Healthcare Group, where he had responsibility for ensuring compliance with HIQA standards as well as negotiating and implementing service level agreements in collaboration with the HSE. In 2013, John completed a Masters programme in Social Science (Social Policy) at UCC and was awarded a first class honours degree. His thesis addressed the specific challenges in dementia care in a community setting. He brings a wide range of experience, from his knowledge of public policy to his management experience in a highly regulated environment. His committed approach ensures both an efficiently run organisation and the future growth and development of Ditchley Group.

Greg McGinn


Greg qualified as an accountant with PwC initially specialising in taxation. Having moved to Australia in 1993 he adopted a more commercial role with the Serco Group (facilities management). In this role he was instrumental in the operational transformation of a number of businesses including their public transport business in South Australia which involved approximately 500 staff. On his return to Ireland in 2001 he joined Deloitte Corporate Finance and worked with clients in raising debt and equity. Through his corporate interaction with the Harte Holdings Group he officially joined their property and investment business in 2006 becoming CFO. Greg was responsible for all financial aspects of the business including due diligence, fundraising, structuring, operational oversight and disposal. The portfolio included 17 four and five star hotel properties with circa 2000 keys located in Ireland, UK, US and Continental Europe. In 2009, Greg established Atlantic Hospitality Services. AHS provides asset management services to non-trade hotel owners in secondary and even tertiary locations around Ireland. Since being established it has provided services to many properties. Its clients have included KBC, AIB, KPMG and FGS, among others. After initiating, growing and stabilising this business and with its own management team now in place, Greg now adds his expertise and financial capability to Ditchley Group with a view to crystallising the opportunity available to it.

Brad Harte

Group Financial Controller

Brad is a Chartered Accountant with strong transactional and financial reporting experience.

Brad initially joined KPMGs Audit practice in 2010 on completion of a Business and Legal Studies (BBLS) degree in UCD. He went on to work in a number of roles in the firms Deal Advisory division, most recently working as a Manager in the Transaction Services team.

During his time in KPMG, Brad worked on a broad variety of engagements including audits, due diligence and portfolio disposals. Brad would have gained sectorial experience Healthcare, Manufacturing and Financial Services.

Prior to joining the Ditchley Group in 2018 Brad worked on an industry secondment where he had responsibility and oversight for commercial property portfolio located across multiple foreign jurisdictions.

Brad will work directly with each of the Ditchley homes in an effort to achieve operational efficiencies while improving financial reporting across the Group. Brad will report to the CFO while also working with the CEO and the operational team to achieve these goals.

Paul Fitzgerald

Operations Director

Paul is a highly experienced executive with a proven track record of achievement during the course of a 20 year career.
During this time he has held a variety of Senior roles across Finance, IT, Operations and Trading Functions in various industries most recently the FMCG Sector.
Paul holds a B.Comm from University College Cork and qualified as a chartered accountant with PWC with extensive exposure, including industry based secondment’s, across a range of sectors in both Ireland and the UK during his time there. Such sectorial exposures included Healthcare, FMCG, Pharma, Hospitality and Financial Services.
He has particular competencies in commercial insight / analysis, strategy formulation and project management. He has had major exposure to complex sales and channel strategies, market segmentation analysis and vertical industries such as Retail, Wholesale and FMCG. He is a leader who has demonstrated an ability to build a team, set goals, measure outcomes and deliver results.
Paul has a proven ability to develop strategic level relationships with customers, partners, stakeholders and suppliers and enjoys a challenging entrepreneurial environment.

Jackie Burgess

Director of Operations (Nursing)

Jackie Burgess graduated as a General Nurse in 1987 in Oxford, England. Previously, she specialised in Orthopaedic Care at the Nutfield Orthopaedic Centre where she worked in acute and non-acute areas and was involved in nursing related management and teaching.

In May 2003, Jackie was appointed Staff Nurse at Ocean View, following a relocation from Oxford to Dingle with her family. She transitioned to Director of Nursing in 2006, bringing a wide range of knowledge and experience.

Jackie was appointed Director of Nursing for Ditchley Group in 2017. She promotes best practice, as well as motivating the teams at each Ditchley Group nursing home to excel.

Michelle Moloney

Human Resource Manager

Michelle Moloney is Director of Moloney HRM and is a HR and employment law expert. 

She completed a Business Degree in the Galway Institute of Technology in 1994 and she is a trained Executive Coach.

Michelle has wide management experience having worked across various Management levels for over 20 years in The Kingsley Hotel culminating in her appointment as General Manager. During this time she developed an interest and expertise in the area of Human Resource management, setting up Moloney HRM in 2012.

In recent years she has diversified into the Nursing Home sector bringing her experience to bear on general management, HR standards, corporate governance and HIQA compliance.

Michelle offers specialist tailored and effective advice in the area of human resource management, HIQA compliance and employment law to all nursing homes in the Ditchley Group portfolio.

Professor John Gallagher

Non Executive Director & Medical Advisor to the Board

Professor John Gallagher is a Specialist in Occupational Medicine. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and a Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. He has a Masters degree in Occupational Health from the Institute of Occupational Health University of Birmingham and was the inaugural John Darwall Prize winner there in 1991. He has held a number of posts with the Faculty of Occupational Medicine including those of Vice Dean, National Specialty Director and he was elected Dean of the Faculty in 2004. Professor Gallagher has been in full time occupational medical practice since 1991 and has wide experience of occupational health in a variety of settings including internationally. He has been involved with the Faculty of Occupational Medicine examinations in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia for a number of years. He is currently Managing Director of Cognate Health, a multidisciplinary occupational health and safety consultancy established in 1992. He is the Head of the Occupational Health Department for the Health Services Executive Southern Area. He is Adjunct Professor in the College of Medicine & Health at University College Cork and a lecturer in Occupational Medicine. He is also the Academic Director of the Diploma in Safety, Health & Welfare at Work at the University. He is an examiner and a Specialist Trainer for the Faculty of Occupational Medicine. He has published in a number of peer reviewed journals in the field of Occupational Medicine and contributes on a regular basis to periodicals and conferences nationally and internationally. As well as significant medical expertise, John brings essential clinical oversight and governance to Ditchley Group, so as to maintain the highest standards of healthcare.

Brendan Cunneen

Non Executive Director

A Certified Management Consultant, Brendan Cunneen is a senior business executive who has been directly involved in the development and delivery of financing and consulting programs to address the needs of Canadian entrepreneurs for over 30 years. “He retired from the Business Development Bank of Canada as Vice President of Consulting Services in 2009. As part owner, Mr Cunneen then undertook the role of COO of a consulting practice, which after experiencing significant growth, was acquired by Ernst & Young LLP in 2011. Subsequently acting as Special Adviser to the Canadian Tax Practice of Ernst & Young, he was responsible for the implementation of a major growth initiative across Canada in the same practice area, including a further acquisition in 2013.” Mr Cunneen is currently active in mergers and acquisition work, and has created a Pan Canadian roster of associates filtering potential transactions and funnelling these opportunities to the correct source of capital to maximize the value of the company for its shareholders. Brendan provides important commercial direction to the company as well as acting as a valuable conduit in highlighting Ditchley’s vision and growth plans to the investment community in Canada and North America.
